Azita Ghanizada, an Afghan American actress in the United States who has appeared on a variety of TV programs. Her family fled Afghanistan, and sought asylum in the US. She was born in the US. She was raised to a young age in Northern Virginia and is the middle child of two sisters. Ghanizada started her career in television by appearing in National Commercials. Ghanizada won the award for top actress at the film festival in 2004's Laura Neri movie A Kiss on the Nose. The actress was the character Chiara. Her television credits are How I Met Your Mother Entourage Veronica Mars NUMB3RS The Wedding Bells Psych Castle and Castle. She most recently had a role as a support in the action science fiction movie Blood Shot (2009) and the comedies that are independent You Only Better (2009).
